2 – HVAC Installer Technicians – Openings Available at the New Castle, DE, and King of Prussia location

Job Summary:

Must maintain safe environmental conditions by installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, maintaining records, keeping our customer’s safe and comfortable, and keeping on top of changes within the industry.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Experience with technologies; electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Organizes work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints; gathering required materials.
  • Establishes environmental systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge values, motors, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components; completes power connections.
  • Tests and repairs environmental systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing sealants, parts, and components.
  • Keeps tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Documents actions by completing equipment records.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Must possess all facets of the HVAC industry
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed

3 – Install Plumbing  Position- Opening Available at the New Castle, DE location

The New Castle, Delaware has an opening for an Install Plumber.  Responsibilities and skill requirements are listed below.

Job Summary:

Maintains the flow of water, air, and other gases, and drainage by assembling, installing, and repairing/replacing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Produces plumbing systems by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Strong knowledge of boiler installations and operations.
  • Participate in the on call rotation.
  • Determines the sequence of installations by studying building plans and working drawings. Identifies obstructions to be avoided by inspecting structure.
  • Accommodates pipes and pipe fittings by cutting openings in floors and walls, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Cuts, threads, and bends pipe by using cutters, cutting torch, threading machine, and bending machine.
  • Installs plumbing systems by assembling, positioning, and sealing valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
  • Tests plumbing systems by filling the system with water or gas; identifying leaks.
  • Repairs and maintains plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending burst pipes; opening clogged drains.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements.
  • Keeps plumbing equipment and tools operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures.
  • Maintains plumbing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipts of supplies.
  • Conserves plumbing resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Provides plumbing information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Documents plumbing actions by completing production and quality logs.
